Treena’s journey into the realm of recovery began after living with addicts, including herself for all of her life. After her own life began to spin out of control and being forced to make changes. She had immersed herself in understanding the complexities of recovery processes, from addiction to mental health challenges and beyond. This experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the struggles individuals face and the transformative power of compassionate support.

Treena enjoys working out, baking, and finding inspiration and rejuvenation in quiet moments of writing, listening to music, and observing others discover their purpose.
She is honored to walk alongside individuals on their recovery journeys, offering guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support every step of the way. Her experience completing a Rider at SBWCC highlighted the critical need for reentry services, particularly housing, which remains one of the greatest barriers for individuals rebuilding their lives.
Treena has also completed training as a certified recovery coach and provides these services to her peers. She works diligently each day to identify and implement additional ways to strengthen recovery and reentry pathways for those seeking a new beginning.
Erica is a courageous 38-year-old woman whose life journey embodies resilience and transformation. Raised in Caldwell, Idaho, she was drawn into gang life and substance use at a young age, leading to a decade-long struggle with methamphetamine addiction and multiple incarcerations over ten years. Despite these formidable challenges, Erica never relinquished hope. During her most recent incarceration, she experienced a profound shift, dedicating herself to personal growth and recovery. She utilized every available resource to break free from the cycle of addiction and discovered a passion for helping others on similar paths.
As Erica nears the end of her three-year sentence, she stands ready to begin a new chapter. She is actively involved in Cultivate and the Rise program, where she contributes her lived experience through support, leadership, and peer mentoring. With her firsthand insight and deep empathy, Erica is determined to make a lasting impact in her community by serving as a beacon of hope and encouragement for those pursuing recovery.
In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and exploring hot springs, reflecting her commitment to living a healthy, positive, and fulfilling life.
